At Tough Duck, we stand behind the durability of our workwear and want to ensure you have the right gear for the job. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
