What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Simply visit our returns portal to initiate a domestic return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Are Tough Duck garments covered by a warranty?
Yes, we stand behind our quality. We offer a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from improper care.
Do you offer international shipping?
